Why haven't I gotten my product yet?
We can assure you your product is in transit. We have had a large number of orders to fulfill and we make sure every customer receives there product.
Where is my tracking number?
We send emails and text messages to all of our customers that give them a tracking number. Most of your orders can be tracked inside of our "Track My Order" page. If you haven't received your tracking info, please check your spam email folder.
Why Do I Have 2+ Tracking Numbers?
If you have ordered more than one product off our website, you are given a tracking number for each item. This ensures that you receive both packages in a timely manner. We have multiple warehouses that hold different stock, which gives way to different shipping times and tracking numbers. This process also keeps shipping free, and who doesn't love free shipping?
My order came in the wrong color/size. What do I do?
Please email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase. Include images that show the order in the condition it was received and the packaging. This is crucial in helping us give you a refund or an exchange. Please see our refund policy to see if your item is eligible for a refund.
